Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and green onions)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into thin sheets.
  5. Cut into circles using a cup.
  6. In a pan, heat oil and sauté vegetables.
  7. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the vegetables.
  8. Place a spoonful of filling on each dough circle.
  9. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  10. Steam or fry the dumplings for 10-15 minutes.

Notes
