Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
  3. Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
