Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine steak pieces, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
  4. Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  7. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
