A quick and healthy breakfast hash made in the air fryer with minimal oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Toss diced potato, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place mixture in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. If adding an egg, crack it over the hash and cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
