Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
