- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onions until soft.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Mix cooked rice, meat, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
- Place peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 2 more minutes.
