  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 1 garlic clove, halved

  • Bread cubes, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Rub the fondue pot with the halved garlic clove.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a small amount of broth to create a slurry.
  3. Heat the vegetable broth in the pot over medium heat.
  4. Add the grated cheeses gradually, stirring continuously until melted.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and lemon juice until the mixture thickens.
  6. Season with black pepper.
  7. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
