A creamy and savory pasta bake with bacon and Alfredo sauce.

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce; mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli.
