  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mix spinach, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
