  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 24 toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
  • If you prefer extra sweetness, stuff dates with goat cheese or almonds before wrapping.
