A simple and delicious chicken dish with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the glaze.
  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
