- 450g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
- Slice the beef thinly and coat it with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Divide into meal prep containers and store in the fridge.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for better texture.
- Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
- Reheat before serving.
