A simple and nutritious beef and broccoli meal prep recipe that saves time and keeps meals fresh throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 450g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly and coat it with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  7. Divide into meal prep containers and store in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use fresh broccoli for better texture.
  • Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
  • Reheat before serving.
