Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Portion into meal containers.
