Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine vegetables, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  5. Roll the dough into small circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  8. Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can use any filling you prefer.
  • Make sure the edges are sealed well to avoid leaking.
  • Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce.
