Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually, knead to form dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix pork, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and pinch to seal dumplings.
  8. Boil or steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes.
