  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and quarter the onions.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the onions and toss to coat.
  5. Place the onions in a baking dish and pour vegetable broth over them.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
