- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
