A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring black truffles and fettuccine.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp black truffle oil
  • 1 oz black truffle, shaved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir until warmed.
  4. Add cooked fettuccine to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and black truffle oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with shaved black truffle before serving.
