- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 oz caviar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Whisk flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Drop small spoonfuls of batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Transfer blinis to a plate and let cool slightly.
- Top each blini with sour cream and a small spoonful of caviar.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
