  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender, then drain excess water.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Combine broccoli with the creamy mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
