A simple and healthy cabbage soup recipe perfect for detox and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, and thyme.
