Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges thoroughly.
  2. Peel the oranges and cut the peels into strips.
  3. Blanch the peels in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse the peels under cold water.
  5. Combine sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the peels to the sugar syrup and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Remove peels and let them dry on a wire rack.
  8. Once dry, roll in sugar for extra sweetness.
