- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a low-carb version, skip the breadcrumbs.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or other vegetables.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
