- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
- If using, add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
