A creamy and cheesy cauliflower casserole that’s easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. If using, add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
