A creamy and cheesy cauliflower bake, perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
