Delicious holiday cookies filled with smooth chestnut cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chestnut cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  6. Fill each with 1 tsp chestnut cream.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
