- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
