A simple and flavorful Chilean sea bass recipe with a sweet and savory miso glaze.

  • 2 Chilean sea bass fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Pat sea bass fillets dry and brush with sesame oil.
  4. Coat fillets evenly with the miso glaze.
  5. Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Let the fish rest for 2 minutes after baking.
