Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until creamy.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs to the butter mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture; stir until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
