Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
