Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  10. Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream.
