- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- If using, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check if the cake is set. If needed, microwave for another 15-30 seconds.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
