  • 100g sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 200ml heavy cream

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan until golden, then set aside.
  2. Melt sugar in a pan over medium heat until caramelized.
  3. Add hazelnuts to the caramel, mix well, then spread on parchment paper to cool.
