  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix gelatin powder with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bloomed gelatin to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
