- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash banana and mix with egg, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
