- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
- Cut a slit into each date and remove the pit.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stuff each date with the melted chocolate mixture.
