A quick and easy breakfast with the flavors of a cinnamon roll. Prepare it the night before and wake up to a ready-to-eat meal.

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir well and add cream cheese or nuts if desired.
  5. Enjoy cold or slightly warmed.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use less milk.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
