  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
