Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and mix with the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
