A smooth and creamy cauliflower soup that’s both comforting and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add cauliflower and broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
