A quick and easy skillet chicken dish with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk together heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and thyme.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
