- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
