  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and thyme, bringing to a simmer.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with sauce poured over the top.
