  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
