A quick and easy creamy sausage pasta dish perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the sausage.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Drain pasta and mix with the creamy sausage sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
