  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir, scraping up any browned bits.
  6. Add truffle oil and parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
