  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

  8. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  10. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
