A rich and flavorful shrimp dish with creamy garlic sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return shrimp to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best texture.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
  • Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
