  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip shrimp in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice for the dip.
  7. Serve shrimp hot with garlic dip.
