  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
